n span, talkative, being way to trusting, and being very shy. No matter how much I want to be a leader having a short attention span is not a very good trait to have for any role in life. My psychologist told me that A.D.D. might be the reason for my short attention span. Having a short attention span is not good when leading others because I need to be on my toes at all times in order to be successful. Another weakness that I have is my laziness. Don’t get me wrong I am a hard worker but when it comes to starting something I am the biggest procrastinator there is. But once I get focused on the mission I am able to continue on. Another weakness I have is being talkative. Whether it’s at work or at any activity involved with people I can never stop yapping out the mouth. Being talkative is a problem because it cause’s interruptions when I’m doing a job and at times and it throw’s me off track which may slow down my production speed depending on what I’m doing. Giving trust to everybody is a big problem with me. Since I was little my mother always said that I was way to trusting and that there are bad people in this world with bad intentions. People like me end up getting taken advantage for being too nice with strangers. But I feel like a stranger can do what anyone that I know can do to me as well. Shyness my last weakness is a problem that I have had for a long time. For some reason I can’t speak in front of a big crowd because I start to shake and get very nervous. I don’t think that nervous is not even a good word to describe it because I can’t even hold a piece of paper without shaking so much that I can hear the paper over my voice.
