Introduction

E-Topia was started by KimcheeNet in November 2000. Since then it has become the largest gaming center in Hawaii. However, recently it has been plagued by viruses, spyware, and internal user errors. The popularity of E-Topia has created a vacuum for small business entrepreneurs, especially in the Honolulu area. The combination of these two problems caused E-topia to start losing customers to other new gaming centers.

By creating a stable and secure networking environment, we may start winning some of our customers back. Approximately 20 customers were lost to Microtech; and another 10 were lost to ACPC.

When E-Topia first opened with 25 computers, the number of customers waiting for computers would reach the forties. When E-Topia was at its peak, the average occupancy for all computers would be 65%.
