Shyness leaves physical effects such as blushing and may use compensating actions such as loud boisterous behavior. The most noticeable effect of shyness is the difficulty it creates in the attempts of shy people to make contact with others. It makes even more difficult the conversion of contact into friendship and loving people. There ore people who suffer metal problem badly needing treatment. The average shy person, however, is the person suffering form a lack of confidence. This invariable leads to, or is accompanied by, a lack of social graces or skill. The majority of shy people have difficulty starting conversation, thanking a person for a small service rendered, asking or answering a question is class of lectures, and asking for a ticket counters. They find it difficult to join in other such activities. There are different theories on the basic cause of shyness. Some schools of thoughts say that is caused by a lack of social graces or an inability to carry out everyday roles expected by society.
