Early Life
Martin Luther who was a German priest and scholar was born into a comparatively rich family on November 10,1483. Within weeks of Luther's birth, his father Hans descended into the copper mines.
A lifetime of the hard work, lessening, watchfulness and self-improvement that would hallmark the Protestant ethic prepared of Hans Luther a propertied capitalist. At first, leasing a small smelting furnace, he would finally own two foundries absolute and acquire rights to half a dozen mining shaft. A hard and intolerant man, Hans had Martin's life neatly shaped for him from the beginning. Seven-year-old Martin was sent to study at the local Latin school.

The Thoughts
The thoughts of Martin Luther King were precise and complete. About the Law and Gospel Luther upheld that God relate with human beings in two ways through the law and during the Gospel. The law represents God's demands as uttered, for example, in the Ten Commandments and the golden rule.
