According to the Holy Quran, Muslims are those who declare that there is no deity except Allah and that Muhammad is His messenger. Muhammad (PBUN) was born in 570 C.E. His father died before his birth. His uncle Abu Talib raised him. He was known as a very honest man in and out side of his tribe. He didn't like the society so that's why he went to cave named Hira out side of the city. This is the place when he got first revelation from god through Angel Gabriel. This revelation took twenty three year, which is known as Quran. Khadija was the first one who converted and supported him and some of his relative supported him too. When he began to proclaim the message to others the Makkans rejected him. He and his followers emigrate from Makkah to Madinah because god gave them the command to emigrate. This is the beginning of Muslim year when they emigrate to Madinah. After several years and some battles Muhammad (PBUH) came back to Makkah with his followers. He forgave all of his enemies.Muhammad (PBUH) died at the age of 63. He is most respected man in Muslim world till now.
Islam has been from its beginning very concerned with issues of human rights. Privacy, freedom, dignity and equal opportunity are assured in Islam. The holy Quran states clearly: "There is no compulsion in religion." The lives, property and solitude of all people in an Islamic state are considered sanctified, whether or not the person is Muslim. In no other religion did women be given such a degree of legal and moral equality and personal respect. Moreover, racism and tribalism are incompatible with Islam, for the Qur'an speaks of human equality in the following terms: "Mankind! We created you from a single soul, male and female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may come to know one another.
