Some may allow their posture to be rearranged, holding the new position (catalepsy or waxy flexibility); others may imitate sounds (echolalia) or movements (echopraxia) of others. At times some patients may even explode into an excited, activated state marked by purposeless ad repetitive movements.
Another form of Schizophrenia can be found in the paranoid patients. These type of patients often have highly elaborate delusions of persecution or personal grandeur. However, the patients may appear rather normal until they become entangled in typical arguments and suspicions. These people always believe that someone out there is hunting them down out there to get them.
The fourth type is undifferentiated schizophrenia. This subtype of schizophrenia applies to patients who fail to meet the criteria for the other subtypes but clearly suffer from the mental disorder.
