Extraverts prefer to focus on the outer world and are energized by their contact with it. Their batteries are charged by talking and interacting with people, with activities, with living out their plans and dreams. Extraverts look for stimuli outside themselves and have a wider scope of activities and interests. They usually say what they think or feel. They live life outwardly to gain inner understanding and generally need to be with others, as active people they still need some time alone so they don’t become rundown. Their talents are best used for relating to theirs.

Extraverts compared to introverts, generally are; more energetic, have a quicker response time when asked questions, and have better eye contact during conversation
