It is a very open ended policy leaving lots of room for interpretation (MEPC). The United States should have set a limit to what they should do in terms of supporting Israel financially and militarily, what the Israelis should do in terms of better Arab-Israeli relations, and on what terms should the United States back them militarily, for instance if Israel was attacked. Had this been done, a lot of the problems like some of Israel’s wars would not have broken out due to consequences that had been pre-set. There are 3.5 million Jews in Israel, whereas there are over 200 million Arabs that all hate the Israelis. In this case, the Israelis should seriously start considering stopping being the aggressor, and becoming even more hated.
