ABORTION
Even before the1973 Roe vs. Wade decision was handed down by the Supreme Court, abortion has been highly debated. In almost every other nation of the world, abortions were rarely performed because they were considered to be criminal acts. The debate hinges on a mother’s right to choose whether or not to abort the baby versus the baby’s right to life. Should an innocent life be lost not having the chance to become a productive citizen and make a difference in the world. The baby didn’t ask to be brought into the world. Its parents chose to take part in a sacred act, where the possible outcome could be the conception of a new life.
