The purpose of this memorandum is to officially inform you on the benefit of our research.
This study was a mixed design research which includes both qualitative and quantitative research methods. It describes the complex nature of the worker and how they perceive their own experience within your company. My company has described the conditions on the workers, explore association, formulate theories, and will assist in implementation of the best options for your company. Our research has included observations of your workers, interviews, and questionnaires where we gathered pertinent data that applies to your organization structure of your company. This method is more informal.
The quantitative research included numerical data that we gather under standardized conditions. We have summarized this information and placed data into a statistical analysis. By using formal instruments we have put the subjective information that we gathered from your workers into objective numerical scales. I feel this method was more scientifically based and has produced the highest level of reliability and validity.
By using both methods, we have obtained the perspective of your workers and the required goals for your company to become a successful.
The findings yielded that your company is in dire need of restructuring of the managerial department. Your organization does not have the correct configuration of authority and there is poor communication between managers and subordinates.
My company feels that your managerial staff is under qualified for the positions successfully and professionally.
We suggest that the managerial staff receive management education courses. We feel that your prior practice of hiring managerial staff must be concluded immediately.
