I believe that the Brady Bill – Gun Control laws are slowly taking away our Second Amendments Constitutional right. Right after the passing of the Brady Bill, gun control act it seemed to had a direct assault on the rights of law abiding gun owners.
The Brady Bill contains a Gun control Act which has moved four or more steps in the march to disarming the American people: National Fire Arm Registration, National Licensing of Handgun Owners, and National Ban on Firearms. Following the election of President Bill Clinton he wasted no time in the signing of the Brady Bill. The time it took to establish this new bill was very swift as you can see based on the filing of Brady Bill II seen in print:
