Today very few people take physical fitness and healthy dieting serious; instead it is a scarcity. People do not realize that what we make of our health is what we are making of our lives. Without the realization of an importance in health being seen and recognized, sometimes the result ends with early age death and an unhappy lifestyle. There are many guidelines and regulations to follow when it comes to the three aspects of wellness into a happy and healthy lifestyle. Two factors, healthy dieting and physical fitness, when neglected are proven to lead to many health problems. As important as these two aspects to a healthy life may be, there is one more aspect that cannot be overlooked. This would be the spirituality of the individual. These three aspects open up a new chapter on how to disguise and distinguish unhealthy portions of the well-being and a strong homeopathic life.
Everyone has heard the saying “you are what you eat”. It is simply amazing how true this statement is and how absurd it is that many people neglect what the statement truly defines. Our bodies are very complex and are in need of many nutrients, vitamins and minerals. As our bodies age and mature in size, the nutritional needs may vary and change. With knowledge of this aspect it is very important when selecting an appropriate diet. Needs change from a man to a women, meaning that the physiological needs vary in opposite sexes, (for example: a nursing mother, a menstruating women, and a male’s need for supplements during the maturing portion of his life.) There is a lot of truth to the old saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. The reason for this is a very simple one. An apple consists of 2% of vitamin A, 8% of vitamin C, 2% of iron and 20% of dietary fibers.
