Have you ever just wanted to have all your worries go away, or have you ever imagangeed that your somewhere else where there is no one around to bother you. If so you probably have desired relaxation. To me Relaxation is to have less stress and to be in a peaceful state of mind . To acheive this feeeling you need let yourself be free and give in to your desires of being relaxed.
One of the best ways I know how to relax someone is a back masasage. Get you and your partner in a nice quiet place, set the mood by turning the klights down you could even light some candles and incense are always a must to relaxation. Now when the mood is set start by getting comfortable by sitting or laying down by each other. Touch can be very important in being relaxed the simpelest of touches can send your body and spirits through exstacy. It is important now to take control of the situation start by rubbing the shoulders gentely squeezing the muscles and run your hand down and up the back to send tingles all throughout the body. Its good to cover as much as area as possible if you leave a nerve ending untouched its possible that could be the one that is center to that persons relaxation. Take the index finger of both hands and run them paralel down the spine pushing gentely in to achieve the best results. The lower back is also very important while giving a massasage its rich with nerves, which in return will send meassages to the brain of pleasurse to help further relax the body
Relaxation is something that you can also acheive when alone. A nice walk outside can do wonders for the mind body and soul.
