Diet cause acne
For many years acne has been a major problem for adults and especially teens. Also known as “pimples” or “black heads”, acne can be very disturbing, especially for teens. Curing acne has also been a long and sometimes ineffective way, because depending on the on the level that someone has acne it can leave severe scars. The best way to cure acne is by preventing it. For several years the cause of acne was a mystery. Even today, the cause of it is not 100% confirmed, however scientists and researchers have found a strong possible cause of acne. According to studies and research diet can be a strong cause of acne. Some people however still believe that there are other causes of acne such as genes and heredity.

The strong possible cause of acne is caused by diet. According to professor biologist Loren Cordain of Colorado State University, acne is mostly caused by unhealthy food such as, coke, chips, cake, candy, even bread, refined foods, and food that contains carbohydrates. Cordain has recently studied the local Kitvian people of Papua New Guinea and the Ache hunter-gatherers of Paraguay. These people from Papua New Guinea and Paraguay were very primitive people that had no electricity or running water. Their diet was based on what they could hunt, gather or grow. The people from these two locations ate a diet that lacked food such as cake, cola, chips, pizza, bread, sugar and soft drinks and for his surprise he had not found a single case of acne. This has caused a sensation in the medical community, since for years it has been told that the glands and genes were the cause of acne and not diet. The perfect skin of these two people from two different points of the world automatically discarded the idea that acne is caused by genes. They studied the food to try to prove that diet was the cause of acne.
