Terrorism and War
Terrorism, one of the most deadly and horrific tragedies of today’s time, is found here and everywhere in the world. More people have been killed by terrorism than war has killed in the past twenty years. This is a sad fact and it has lead the United States to a definite spot in the war. We have to kill the killers before the killers come to us. I simply want to state some facts and teach you a little about terrorism, and how you can be ready if you were to be in the presents of a terrorist attack.
Terrorism is simply the act of having the intent to harm or kill people that are present at a specific location. Terrorist might have a reason to kill or they may just be out to hurt anyone because the world has treated them so bad. The only way you can prevent it is to look for signs. For example they might say they want to kill someone or harm a certain group of people. Most of the time they aren’t serious but it has been proven that some are out to get someone. If you do witness someone saying something like this you should report it to authorities so they can investigate it and find out if something really is wrong.
The most famous terrorist of all is Osama Bin Ladan. As you remember he is the mastermind behind the September 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City. He is one of the most wanted people in the world and one of the hardest to find. Next, Saddam, what more can you say he is the cause of this whole war in the first place. He has been out to get the United States for a long time, and I do believe that he is going to be killed this time around. He really has no reason to be out to get us other than the fact that he wants what we have. Saddam has the equipment to whip everyone off the map, but no one thinks that he would ever use them.
