Media Project Design Proposal
Over the course of film history, there have been several feature films that have tried to capture the essence of the drug culture. From drug usage to distribution, we have followed some of Hollywood’s brightest and most talented actors through the strenuous journey that is the world of drugs. We believe that our picture will be the most successful to date, pertaining to the lifestyle and consequences associated with drug trafficking.
NEEDS ASSESSMENT:
The project will fill many needs. However, the most important need is that this film will educate and show viewers that they must be responsible for the choices they make in life. This is the most important need because if we do not show the consequences of drug trafficking, then people will not recognize the risk involved with this horrible lifestyle. This has been played in countless after school specials, as well as documentaries, and feature films. We feel that ours will be more successful than the projects before this because it shows the rise and the hard fall of this wild lifestyle, but it will be shown in a more entertaining format than before, in order to get more viewers. This project should be funded because it has the potential to give any investors the opportunity to make substantial financial returns on their original investment, as well as providing a public message or service if you will towards all communities.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We will use thirty five millimeter film for the actual shoot. We will utilize all forms of advertising such as television, billboards, print, and radio. The size of the project will be average relative to other feature films, but in comparison to past projects covering this issue, it will be comparably large.
