What to do about it?
Brizola, Governor of the State of Rio de Janeiro, has tried to do something:
o Building new, large integrated schools
o All day classes, from 8 AM until 5 PM
o Schools provide FOOD and Medical Assistance
A recent conference of 600 school administrators gave following report:
