The form 1040EZ is mint green in color, except for the areas that require information which have an absence of it. On the diagram provided each particular section has been coded with a color for an easier point of reference. Get your supplies together in a quite area. Be sure and put the diagram right in front of you so it can be referenced quickly. Now we will begin to fill out form 1040EZ.
Yellow- this is the Label section. Under the type written words “your first name and initial” (IRS 1040EZ) please use a blue or black ink pen and print clearly your first name and your middle initial. In the box to the right, please write your last name only. Locate the far right hand corner of the yellow section; there are a series of boxes. The top box is for your social security number. So get your Social Security Card out and copy the nine digit number in the boxes provided.
