in several different lights and enabled them show different ways for Paragent to view and analyze their competition. These multiple views help a company to see more than they would be looking at only one particular aspect.

Throughout March the group researched and tried to gain a better understanding of what made these companies and their products different. The report was written and finalized at the end of March / beginning of April.

There were 3 key findings that the consulting group feels Paragent should focus on to have a successful rollout of their new performance monitoring software.
¡Ô Freeware product that would get their product out. This would allow potential customers the ability to test the software and see how they like the program.
¡Ô More visually appealing approach for their interface. This helps individuals move through the software with greater ease and makes them enjoy the program more. Especially when they stare at is all day long.
¡Ô Serious work on their website. A person visiting the website cannot look at screenshots of their product, they can not see specific details about the product, and more importantly they cannot buy it. The buying feature is something that Paragent is likely to have already planned to incorporate, but it is a key benefit for a good website.

II. Overview
How Andrew, Brian, and Dustin Became Involved
Paragent is a company located in Muncie, Indiana and is currently operating with help from Innovation Connecter, a business incubator program. By making the right connections, Paragent became eligible to participate in the consulting team projects that are a part of the curriculum of Management 441 taught by Dr. Hornsby.
