In general, the project so designed to generate the various appraisal forms and allow employees to conduct a self-appraisal and also generate performance plans / development plans specific to every employee

The process of designing an appraisal system involves a challenge of making the right decisions since no single set of choices is optimal in all situations. The starting point should be the strategic plan of the organization. The details of the plan should be reviewed in order to design an appraisal system in consistence with the overall goals of the firm.

It is assumed that the user has some basic knowledge of computers. The system has been computerized using Windows – based Visual Basic version 6.0 package, and is provided with all the necessary security constraints.
