Of course you don’t want to ruin the element of surprise in either of one of these situations. Keep in mind that the U.S. Air Force, my employer, is based on its Core Values, which are Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence in All We Do. What we’re talking about here is different. We’re talking about the deliberate misleading of people and customers for personal gain.
